In the Classroom: English

Clear, concise communication is critical to successful gameplay in Building Homes of Our Own.

From the moment players pick a home site, they must sort through information and, listen to, comprehend and interpret the advice and warnings of well-meaning neighbors. Players encounter a variety of community members, local bureaucrats, and prospective buyers who share information and insight.

Players also learn new vocabularies as they work through the construction phase of their home and prepare to find a credit-worthy buyer. To facilitate this, the program is equipped with a searchable keyword library.
